Engineer & Compliance Manager
The Technical Command: Primary technical liaison for potential partners.
Responsibility: Bruce works directly with Prime Engineering teams to review specifications and oversee the manufacturing of supplies. He manages the entire technical lifecycle, AS9100 quality, and ITAR compliance.
